We love this fashion inspired Bride In the City styled photo shoot, taken in the Stunning City of Cambridge.
We chose to shoot in the hidden streets of Cambridge, with so many coloured front doors and wild flowers, this gave a European vibe to the photos.
I recently teamed up with Alison Grass (makeup artist, friend and work colleague) to create a fashion inspired Bride in the City shoot. With a strange and uncertain year surrounding us, Alison was keen try an alternative style for Brides this summer. Plans maybe on hold for some brides and for others opting for a more casual look for their wedding day, we thought what better time to bring something else to the table.

Bridal jumpsuits are a bold alternative to the classic dress. Do you dare to be different? These chic all in ones are ideal for the micro wedding and the fuss free bride.
Gold shimmers were the order of the day for this Bride, teamed with a light plum lip this looked gorgeous on her.
This chain headpiece was created especially for this shoot and it is in perfect keeping with the style of the day and the strong Queen that she is. Teamed with Cafe au lait dahlias and caramel antique roses in the bouquet the whole look came together perfectly.
On this rooftop, you can admire the historic buildings of Cambridge in all its glory. This Bride reflects on her day and enjoys the moment.
It’s party time! Once the evening hits and the speeches are done, Cambridge Glitter Bar comes out to play. They added a sprinkle of sparkle for a finishing touch to the evening. Who doesn’t like to feel glam on their Special day.
This styled shoot is for all future brides thinking outside the box, this is especially relevant right now in these changing times. Celebrate your choices and be bold!
